The Trend 24 project, by the construction company Maiojama, has three towers, residential, corporate and office, in addition to a mall with stores on the ground floor. The project has a contemporary architectural language, and combines the best of technology in terms of lighting. In addition to the metal brises on the facade, for the protection of natural light, artificial lighting is also composed of the best technology, LED. We were able to certify to the designers the efficiency of the LED, in terms of: lighting index, maintenance and energy efficiency. Another Atelier 100% LED project.
