Land where there is a classic house, from the old mansions of Porto Alegre, belonging to a traditional family, the property was preserved, because it is a property inventoried by the Cultural, Historical and Artistic Heritage of Porto Alegre – EPAHC with seal of COMPAHC, Municipal Council of Historic, Cultural and Artistic Heritage of the city of Porto Alegre.
In the back of this generous field, a modern building was built to house offices, clinics and companies in Porto Alegre. In the heart of the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood.
