Oxy Durafa – Light that Enhances a New Coastal Landmark

The northern coast of Rio Grande do Sul welcomes a new benchmark in sophistication and exclusivity: Oxy, by Durafa.

Located in Xangri-Lá, the development spans over 18 hectares, featuring 182 lakefront lots and a premium infrastructure that redefines the concept of living and leisure.
With a social club of more than 2,200 m², indoor and outdoor pools, a private artificial beach, sports courts, gourmet areas, and a wide range of exclusive services, Oxy stands out as a condominium that seamlessly combines comfort, recreation, and innovation.
In this remarkable setting, we have the honor of designing the Lighting Project for the development. Our approach aims to enhance every space, from the welcoming atmosphere of social areas to the highlight of the lake’s edges and the internal avenues. Light will act as a conductor of well-being, safety, and experience, translating the architectural and landscape design into nighttime scenes that elevate the residents’ daily life.
More than illuminating, our goal is to create a distinctive nighttime identity for Oxy: sophisticated, functional, and sustainable—perfectly aligned with the exclusivity of Durafa’s project.
Soon, we will share more details about this work, which brings together technique, sensitivity, and innovation to light up one of the most emblematic developments on the southern coast of Brazil.
