Mostra Casa Beach + Eduardo Becker: A Night to Feel the Light

Na Mostra Casa Beach, Eduardo Becker apresentou a iluminação como linguagem narrativa capaz de criar sensações, revelar volumes e transformar a experiência dos espaços por meio da luz.

On Thursday, February 26, we took part in Mostra Casa Beach in a special gathering alongside professionals, architecture and design enthusiasts, and everyone who believes in the transformative power of light.

With the talk “Cinematic Lighting in Your Home: The Art of Creating Sensations Through Light”, Eduardo Becker shared his vision of lighting as a language, capable of guiding perceptions, revealing volumes, creating atmospheres, and evoking emotions. Far beyond its technical function, light is presented as a narrative tool that builds experiences and gives identity to spaces.

Throughout the conversation, we explored references from cinema, cinematography, and projects that have shaped our journey, connecting these worlds to architecture and interior design. We also shared professional experiences, behind-the-scenes insights from authorial projects, and collaborations with renowned names in architecture, design, and the audiovisual field, showing how all of this can translate into sensitive, sophisticated, and achievable solutions for the home.

We believe that lighting is not just about choosing fixtures, but about strategically designing light distribution, creating scenarios, highlighting details, and awakening sensations. Like music, lighting has the power to create emotional memories and completely transform the experience within a space.

The evening was marked by rich exchanges, inspiring dialogues, and meaningful connections. We leave even more motivated to continue exploring new ways of telling stories through light, and we thank Mostra Casa Beach and everyone who attended for such a special encounter.
