LEEDING COMPLEX PROJECTS – CAMBRIDGE

Atelier has always focused on evolving and adding quality to our partners and customers.

In 2023 we decided to invest again in technical development that would add to our knowledge and help improve the experience of working with our team.

We changed our name to Eduardo Becker – Atelier de Iluminação Light Designers Associados, as we already have practically 20 collaborators within our Project structure.

One of these actions was to study the Project structure, in order to develop stages within the complex path until the Project is successfully completed.

So we took a course in CAMBRIDGE on the Processes that lead to Project Execution. We excelled, achieving maximum marks.

And now in 2024 we begin studying via MIT – MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, the Architecture and Communication in Organizations.
