Some works are unusual! Our job is to deal with something you can't touch, light! And this project is with something in a way, intangible, games.

We are designing and at a very advanced stage the work of Aquiris Games, a partnership with the renowned architecture office naE .

Aquiris is a company based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. With 12 years of history and a team of 70 people, we have been creating games for the most diverse platforms, from browser to PC, consoles and mobile. Our main focus since the beginning has been to deliver the best artistic, technical and gameplay quality to our players, in partnership with powerful publishing partners. Aquiris is known for the critically acclaimed Horizon Chase Turbo arcade races, fast FPS Ballistic Overkill and Looney Tunes – World of Mayhem.

EMMY 2021 – THE CROWN

Today I would like to comment on the EMMY-nominated NET FLIX series, the TV Oscar, nominated in 24 categories, the one that we always comment on the PHOTOGRAPHY DIRECTOR, and I am delighted to say that it was the winner in this category and having a BRAZILIAN as Director, Mr. Adriano Goldman!!! A 55-year-old from São Paulo, it’s indescribable how happy I feel for this achievement! But come on, I’d like to comment on how I perceive the Direction of Photography in the series itself, and how I noticed the lighting in the Season 4 episode FAIRY TALE, which they consider the episode responsible for the Emmy nomination.

THE “LAÇADOR”

It is likely that, due to its regional character, the project by Mayor Loureiro da Silva (1902-1964) to inaugurate, in 1940, a statue of the artist Marcos Bastos was made impossible. Awarded in the Centenário Farroupilha (1935), there is currently no news of this artist, and his plaster model, “O Bombeador”, which depicted a Gaucho on horseback, is missing. Eighteen years had passed when, at the hands of the Pelotas artist Antônio Caringi (1905-1981), the ideal of erecting a monument to the figure of the gaucho finally materialized.
