Durafa – Oxy Project

A long-standing client of Atelier de Iluminação, Durafa stands out for consistently delivering beyond what is promised in every project. This characteristic is reflected not only in the lighting design, but throughout the entire conception of its developments, always guided by excellence, attention to detail, and a strong focus on the client experience.

At Oxy, a new luxury horizontal residential condominium on the northern coast of Rio Grande do Sul, this vision becomes even more evident. Surrounded by lakes and seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape, the development was designed to provide a living experience deeply connected to its surroundings.

Atelier de Iluminação will be responsible for the condominium’s complete lighting design project, ranging from public lighting to leisure and social areas. The party lounge, fitness center, playroom, and common spaces will receive lighting solutions that combine functionality and visual comfort, enhancing each environment while reinforcing the identity of the development.

More than simply illuminating spaces, the project aims to create atmospheres and transform the residents’ experience through every path, detail, and moment lived within the condominium.
