For the first time, Latitude Incorp. is investing in a specialized lighting design project for one of its developments, a move that reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering more than just a property, but a complete living experience.
The process began with an in-depth study developed alongside Atelier, through a close and thoughtful collaboration aimed at understanding how lighting could enhance the spaces and add even more value to the project. From the very beginning, the Latitude team showed a strong interest in offering a true differentiator to its clients, raising questions, exploring possibilities, and building strategic and personalized solutions.
In total, two developments will be part of this initiative, starting with Malmo, which marks this new phase for the developer, followed by a future project already under development.
At Malmo, the spaces were designed to support contemporary living. Lighting becomes an essential element of this experience, enhancing the architecture, creating atmospheres, and making each environment even more functional, elegant, and sensory.
