Terraville Condominium – Public Lighting Retrofit

We are developing a public lighting retrofit project for Terraville Condominium in Porto Alegre, focusing on efficiency, technology, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Terraville is a condominium rich in history and tradition, renowned for its elegant architecture, tree-lined streets, and carefully planned leisure spaces. Located across from the Aeroclube of Rio Grande do Sul, the condominium also features a golf course, offering residents exclusive moments of relaxation and recreation amidst nature.
Our lighting project is designed to highlight every detail of Terraville, emphasizing its history, architecture, and landscaping, while ensuring safety and visual comfort. The retrofit will bring greater energy efficiency, more uniform and inviting lighting, and modern technology that combines functionality with sophistication.
The result will be an even more inviting condominium, where every street, square, and common area is transformed with thoughtfully planned lighting, enhancing the unique atmosphere, refined taste, and elegance that make Terraville truly special.
