PEOPLE WHO LIGHT UP – BRILIA

I was very happy to open this new action by BRILIA, “Gente que Ilumina”, a series of mini interviews with a Project in Focus, here ROCCIA, in Flores da Cunha, in the mountains of Rio Grande do Sul, a place people dream of visiting, a partnership with NAe – Nucleus of Experimental Architecture.
It was great to do a Project with Brilia, where it was possible to use practically 100% of the pieces chosen from her catalogue. In fact, over the years, many years, I have been participating in launches and meetings about the opinion of new pieces and what I would consider important to add to the portfolio.
I talked about the Project’s conceptualization, why we chose certain pieces, study methodology, what I was looking for in the perception of lighting as a whole.
Finally, I hope you like the images and texts that summarize this interview.

Although the two naturally work hand in hand and constantly complement one another, this production makes it very clear that each serves a distinct purpose within the visual narrative.
