Designed by Itamar Berezin in partnership with Tecnisa, Belaterra is located in Chácara Flora, a southern São Paulo neighborhood renowned for its quality of life and green spaces. The development stands out for its integration of biophilia, featuring lush vegetation that blends seamlessly with the architecture, providing environmental comfort and a deep connection to nature.
We envisioned lighting that conveys warmth and naturalness while preserving contemporary elements. Every detail was carefully designed to enhance the rich vegetation, create welcoming spaces, and elevate the unique experience that Belaterra offers.
