The project was realized in 2009 in Porto Alegre and was hand over to the dwellers in 2011.
The place is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the Guaíba Lake.
The big challenge was to execute the project in a traditional residential neighborhood, in other words, at the same time that the client should be satisfied, the neighbors should approve the project too. It was chosen, between many solutions, to execute a bold lighting strategy: to light up the chimney with white LEDs, as a way to crow the houses. The result was excellent, a truly success and target of compliments, including by the neighbors. After this project the enterprise owner got an invitation from the Visual & Design magazine to participate of the 2011 yearbook.
